Located in San Diego, California, Mercury Capital Group Inc. has significant presence in California and Utah, and is looking to establish operations in several other states and overseas. Although, the company looks for opportunities driven primarily by sound financial and economic fundamentals, Mercury Capital Group Inc. prefers to invest in the areas close to our main operations centers.

Value-Add Properties: Existing properties that represent value add opportunities through improvements of the current management operations, aggressive leasing, reductions in operating expenses and improved operations, or re-positioning of the property for different use. |

Development Projects: Properties, primarily raw and entitled land, that have significant add-value opportunities as a finished product. |

Structured Finance Investments: Diversified Investments in private mortgage loans and trust deeds, mezzanine loans, preferred equity interests, joint venture interests and/or other structured finance investments in high quality projects, operators and owners. |
